Six Canadian high school students are celebrating their 11th place success upon their return from the 54th International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) in Santa Marta, Colombia. Each student earned a medal for Canada after competing against over 550 students at the world’s most challenging high school level mathematics competition.

The CMS has established a President’s Advisory Council (PAC) to honour the leadership and engagement of past CMS Presidents and Executive Directors. By creating the PAC, council members will have a unique forum within which they will be able to provide a CMS President with advice and guidance.
