The CEMC: beyond contests to enrichment and curriculum  [PDF]

While the Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing at the University of Waterloo has been well-known for its mathematics and computing contests for decades, recent years have seen the CEMC significantly broaden the scope of its activities and resources. In this session, we will talk about the CEMC's mission, philosophy and activities, touching on our online curricular and enrichment resources, face-to-face work with students and teachers, online Master's degree for secondary school teachers, and so on.
