Competitors who write the exam from outside Canada and who are not Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada compete in this category. The Honour Roll is granted to students who score below the third best score in the category, but with a score at least as high as the lowest score in the Canadian Championship division's Honour Roll.
