Childcare
Times:
Childcare will be available during the following times:
Friday June 7th: 1pm – 6pm
Saturday June 8th – 8am – 6pm
Sunday June 9th – 8am – 6pm
Monday June 10th: 8am – 3pm
Fees:
Complimentary for registered meeting participants
Nursing:
We will have a nursing room available in room ED192 near the main plenary room. All parents are welcome to use this room for nursing, changing diapers, etc.
The University of Regina will be offering complimentary childcare for registered participants during the 2019 Summer Meeting in Regina.
CMS and the University of Regina will have students (with experience or certification) and all costs will be covered by the University of Regina. We will have games, toys and a televison for their entertainment. We will also provide snacks and a lunch for the children.
Parents are welcome to come visit their kids. If you take your child out of care, you will need to sign them in and out.
If you would like to bring your children to the conference please fill in the registration form below. We will also need you to fill in the childcare liability waiver and return it to: meetings@cms.math.ca.
