Esteemed Mathematician, Richard Kenneth Guy, dies at 103

Richard Kenneth Guy, an esteemed mathematician, an "inquisitive problem solver" and a CMS lifetime member passed away on March 9, 2020. He will be missed by the CMS and the mathematical community. Guy worked on number theory, combinatorics and graph theory. He had 130 publications and 17 books, including a new book that will be out soon. He collaborated with giants like Paul Erdos and John Conway. He was very energetic all his life and should be considered as a role model for younger Canadian mathematicians.
