Here is the latest list - no changes from last week. As I will be out of the office Friday & Monday and we leave next Wednesday for Montreal, this will be my last update on Committee Meetings. Any changes that might take place will be included on a list at the registration for your reference.

Catering orders have now been placed but detailed confirmations from the hotel are unavailable. They assure us that all is in order.

I've been asked to remind chairs that we shouldn't schedule meetings during the delegates luncheon since it is included in registration fees.

Meetings are listed in date order. All rooms seat approximately 10 people comfortably. Those requesting catering will be receiving menu information separately.

I plan to send an updated list every Friday until the meeting.

Please note the change in times for the Development Group and the Board of Directors meeting. This has been done to allow everyone to attend the CMS Registration-CRM 30th Anniversary reception at the University of Montreal. Transportation from the hotel to the UofM will be provided.
