Here is an updated list - containing changes since November 27.

Please note the change in location of the Publications Committee Meeting and the extension of the Math Olympiads Committee meeting.

Chairs are reminded that we shouldn't schedule meetings during the delegates luncheon since it is included in reg fees.

Meetings are listed in date order. Sunday seems to be Committee Meeting day, so please check the list carefully for any conflicts. There shouldn't be any conflicts in room assignments but I know that many members are on several committees, so this may or may not be a challenge for you.

Unless otherwise specified, all meetings will take place at the Holiday Inn Waterfront. All meeting rooms are equipped with electronic access ports.

A dedicated phone line has been ordered for the ESC meeting. I would recommend that setups be tested before the meeting to ensure that it is adequate. Those requesting catering have received/will receive menu information separately.
