À l'invitation du comité de coordination, des sessions sont prévues dans les domaines ci-dessous. La liste de conférenciers est préliminaire, et l'on demande à toute personne intéressée à présenter une communication dans l'une des sessions de contacter l'un des organisateurs de la session en question. Présentations de recherche des étudiants

Le comité étudiant de la Société mathématique du Canada (Studc SMC) invitent les étudiants (au premier cycle ou gradués) à présenter une conférence sur le sujet de leur choix, le 24 Juin et 25, dans la session Exposés de recherche d’étudiants, qui aura lieu lors de la Réunion d'été de la SMC 2016 à Edmonton, AB.

Ces exposés permettent de présenter la recherche effectuée par l'étudiant à un large public mathématique. Si le présenteur le désir, un mentor expérimenté sera disponible pour lui donner une rétroaction sur sa conférence.

Pour toutes questions concernant la session d’édudiants, veuillez contacter les organisateurs, Muhammad Khan et Kyle MacDonald, à studc-ete16-session@smc.math.ca

Pour vous inscrire à la session, contactez les organisateurs avec un brouillon du résumé avant le 30 Avril. Avis d'acceptation sera donnée avant le 2 mai. Les résumés soumis après cette date seront considérées si l'espace restant.

Les présentateurs auront également à s’inscrire à la reunion. L’inscription peut être complétée en utilisant ce formulaire. Les étudiants qui sont membres de la SMC et qui présentent une affiche ou une conférence ont droit à un tarif d'inscription réduit (30\$ jusqu’au 6 mai, 45 \$; par la suite). Si vous n'êtes pas déjà membre de la SMC, demandez à la direction de votre département s'il est possible de vous parrainer afin de devenir membre étudiant universitaire et ainsi avoir accès au tarif réduit.

Les fonds prévus pour couvrir les frais de voyage pour les étudiants des cycles supérieurs sont limités. La date limite pour envoyer les applications à ce soutien financier est le 30 Avril. Plus d'informations sur ce fond peuvent être trouvées sur cette page.
