Advertising in the MATH 2000 Programme
McMaster University, the University of Waterloo, the Canadian Mathematical Society, the Canadian
Applied and Industrial Mathematics Society, the Canadian Operational
Research Society, the Canadian Society for History and Philosophy of
Mathematics, the Canadian Undergraduate Mathematics Conference, and
the Canadian Symposium on fluid Dynamics have joined together to
celebrate World Math Year 2000 and to bring together, along with their
numerous sponsors and partners, researchers, educators and students
from around the world at MATH 2000 to be held in at McMaster
University, Hamilton, Ontario from June 10 to 13, 2000. We are
expecting well over 350 participants.
You are invited to include an advertisement in our Meeting Programme
which will be distributed to all delegates. These advertisements
could be for positions available at your department or perhaps to
express your wishes to the participants for the next millenium. We
invite departments to be creative and to help mark this very special
event in the Canadian mathematical community.
The overall size of the programme is 8 1/2" x 11". Ads are available
in two sizes.
